Missed Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Due to demand of space, keeping appointments is very important. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please give 24 hours advance notice to ensure you will not be charged for the appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be expected to pay 100% of the service fee.

Product Return Policy

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted. I work one on one with each client to make sure the product purchased is appropriate for your skin type and condition.
